§ 110.025 FREE LICENSES PROHIBITED; EXCEPTION.
   No free license under this subchapter shall be granted except to disabled veterans for peddling, provided the peddling is done on foot and not from any vehicle. Any such person must be approved by the County Director of Veteran's Affairs in order for the license to be granted.
