§ 31.15 TOWN ADMINISTRATOR; RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES.
   (A)   The Town Administrator shall be responsible for the day-to-day functions of the town.
   (B)   The duties of the Town Administrator include the following:
      (1)   Plan, direct, organize and coordinate the activities of various departments;
      (2)   Prepare, along with the Finance Director, the yearly budget and oversee disbursement of funds; and
      (3)   Provide the Mayor and Council with information on the status of projects and general state of municipal functions.
