§ 96.05 AUTHORITY TO WAIVE REIMBURSEMENT.
   The Chief of Police shall have the authority, in his or her sole discretion, to waive any fee charged to an alarm user when the alarm user submits to the Chief of Police adequate evidence that the alleged false alarm was not actually false.
