If, within any 12-month period, the Police Department responds to a seventh or subsequent false alarm at the same premises or location, the Chief of Police shall order the disconnection of the alarm system by the alarm user. This disconnected system may be reconnected only upon adequate proof that the malfunction or system difficulty has been corrected and only upon written permission of the Chief of Police.
