All parade permits shall be issued subject to the parade being held in conformity with all applicable provisions of this code, state law and town ordinances, rules and regulations. Notwithstanding that a permit for the same has been issued by the Town Administrator or the Mayor and Council, the Chief of Police is hereby authorized, empowered and instructed to stop and disburse any parade conducted in violation of such provisions.
