§ 94.005 ASSEMBLY ON STREET OR SIDEWALK.
   (A)   All persons are forbidden from assembling or collecting and standing so as to obstruct any sidewalk or street.
   (B)   All persons so collecting and standing shall disperse and move upon the demand of any police officer.
