§ 30.30 DUTIES.

   The powers and duties of the Council shall include:

   (A)   The adoption of ordinances and resolutions;

   (B)   The appointment of officers and employees of the town; and

   (C)   The powers and duties set out in the General Statutes of North Carolina, the Charter and the ordinances of the town.
