The tow service or towing contractor shall be solely responsible for collecting any fees charged by the towing contractor under any contract with the town for the towing, removal, storage and/or disposal of a motor vehicle pursuant to this subchapter, except the fees must be approved by Town Council and fees in excess of those approved by Town Council may not be collected under any towing contract with the town.
