Whenever it shall come to the attention of the Town Administrator or designee that there exists on any lot or parcel of land in the town any of the conditions enumerated in this chapter, he or she shall forthwith give the owner thereof notice, in writing and by first class mail, that the condition exists and that he or she shall have five days from the date of service, or from the final date of publication, in which to remedy the same or the town shall cause the same to be remedied.
