§ 90.041 HARBORING STRAY ANIMALS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, without the actual consent of the owner, to harbor, feed, keep in possession by confinement or otherwise have any animal which does not belong to him or her, unless he or she has, within 24 hours of the time the animal came into his or her possession, notified the Bureau. Upon receiving the notice, the Bureau may take the animal and deal with it as provided in § 90.070.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to refuse to surrender such an animal to an employee of the Bureau upon demand.
