§ 10.19 FILING OF ORDINANCES.
   Every ordinance passed by the Mayor and Council shall be immediately filed in a book provided for this purpose by the Council which shall be known as the "Official Copy of the Code of Ordinances of the Town of Pineville," under the proper chapter and article, according to context, and shall be placed and assigned the proper section number.
