§ 74.04 WALKING ON TRAVELED PORTION OF STREET.
   It shall be unlawful for pedestrians to walk along the traveled portion of any street or highway unless sidewalks are not provided; in which event, the pedestrians shall walk on the extreme left-hand side of the street, and the pedestrians shall yield the right-of-way to approaching traffic.
