§ 35.066 MEMBERSHIP.

The Municipal Housing Commission shall consist of the Mayor, ex officio, and four persons appointed by him or her with the approval of the City Council, such persons shall have the qualifications and be appointed for the terms as prescribed by KRS 80.040. Said Commission shall have the powers and perform the duties as prescribed by KRS 80.010 through 80.300.
