§ 35.046 RULES AND REGULATIONS.

The Municipal Utility Commission shall provide rules, regulations, and bylaws for the management of said municipal utilities and for the conduct of its business therein. One of its members shall be elected as Secretary. The Commission may elect from its members such other officers as it deems advisable. Its officers shall perform the duties prescribed by the Commission.
