(A) All taxes levied on real and personal property, including delinquent taxes, set forth in an ordinance setting tax rates by the City Council shall be billed and collected by the Bell County Sheriff as of the tax year 2020.
(B) The Bell County Sheriff shall be compensated for said tax collections in accordance with terms set forth in an interlocal agreement between the city and county.
