§ 150.03 BUILDINGS TO BE FIREPROOF.

It shall be unlawful, and no person shall erect or construct any business building in the city, unless the same shall be of fireproof material and construction, and not until after the plans and specifications therefor shall have been filed with the City Council and by it duly approved.
