§ 150.02 BUILDING ZONE ESTABLISHED; COST OF ERECTING BUILDINGS.

   There is established a building zone in the city as follows: all that section or part of the city, bounded on the south by the Cumberland River; on the north by the Tennessee Avenue; on the east by First Street; and on the west by Sixth Street.
