(A) The state’s Building Code, as contained in KAR Chapter 7, Title 815, Art. 120; the state’s Residential Code, as contained in KAR Chapter 7, Title 815, Art. 125; the state’s Plumbing Code, as contained in KAR Chapter 20, Title 815; the Kentucky Standards of Safety, as contained in KAR Chapter 10, Title 815; together with any amendments, are hereby adopted by reference as if fully set forth in this code of ordinances.
(B) Copies of the above codes and any amendments thereto shall be placed on file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer where they shall be available for public inspection during normal business hours.
