(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person who shall violate any portion of § 131.01 shall be guilty of a violation, and shall be fined not more than $250 for each offense or violation.
(C) (1) Violation by a minor of the provisions of § 130.02 shall constitute a public offense as contemplated in the provisions of KRS 635.010 et seq. and a complaint filed against a minor for such a violation shall be proceeded against in accordance with the provisions of KRS 635.010, 635.020, 635.060, 635.070, 635.080, 635.085, and 635.100.
(2) Any parent or guardian violating § 130.02 shall be subject to a fine of no more than $500 or imprisonment for a period not to exceed six months, or both.
