§ 97.15 OPERATION OF GASOLINE OUTBOARD MOTORS AND SWIMMING.

(A) Pursuant to KRS 96.355, no person shall operate a gasoline outboard motor in the waters of the Cannon Creek Reservoir located in the county between the cities of Pineville and Middlesboro.

(B) No person shall swim or bathe or allow any domesticated animal to enter the waters of the Cannon Creek Reservoir.
