§ 97.01 PARK RULES.
   (A)   The following rules shall apply to city park areas.
      (1)   No glass bottles or containers shall be permitted in parks.
      (2)   A tot lot shall be open only to children, age ten years and under, except for a parent or supervisor.
      (3)   An apparatus area shall be open to youth, age 11 years and over.
      (4)   The city shall not be responsible for any lost personal articles.
      (5)   The city shall not be responsible for any injuries, children shall play at their own risk.
      (6)   No activities, special or otherwise, shall be permitted after 9:00 p.m.
      (7)   Parks hours shall be open from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
      (8)   No animals or pets are permitted inside a park except when supervised by a community organization which must be approved by the city.
      (9)   The shelter house may be reserved upon request.
      (10)   Power vehicles are not permitted inside a park.
      (11)   Bicycle parking shall be in designed areas only.
      (12)   Disorderly conduct, profanity, or intoxication is prohibited.
      (13)   Admittance can be refused to a person for cause.
      (14)   City ordinances shall prevail.
      (15)   Defacing property is prohibited.
      (16)   No fires shall be permitted except in the grills provided, using only charcoal.
      (17)   The natural atmosphere of the park must be preserved, persons defacing or removing any form of plant life will be prosecuted.
      (18)   Picnic areas shall be cleaned before leaving, and trash receptacles shall be used.
      (19)   Children under age six must be accompanied by parent or supervisor, a supervisor may be a brother or sister 12 years of age or older.
   (B)   These rules are subject to revision, modification, and enlargement as shall hereafter be deemed advisable by the City Park Board, with approval of the City Council.
