(A) No connections to the water mains and pipes of the waterworks and water distribution system shall be made except by or under the supervision of a duly authorized officer, agent, or employee of the city and after approval of an application submitted by the proposed customer.
(B) All installations must meet the requirements of the State Department of Health.
(C) In no case shall the city bear any financial responsibility for plumbing installed on the property of any water customer, and each customer shall be financially responsible for all such plumbing installed on his or her property beginning at the outlet side of the meter.
