§ 52.165 TERMINATION OF AUTHORITY TO DISCHARGE SEWAGE.
   Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to termination of his or her authority to discharge sewage into the municipal sewer system upon a determination pursuant to the terms of this chapter that such violation currently exists and is of a continuing nature.
