(A) The city hereby declares that it is desirable and it intends and proposes to correct the boundary line description in the area of Jones Avenue, which territory is more particularly described in the description and map which can be found in the Clerk’s office.
(B) Pursuant to the Kentucky Revised Statutes and laws of the state, the city hereby declares that it is desirable and it intends to correct the boundary line description as to the city limits.
