The following discharges are restricted as described in § 52.075 above:
(A) Wastewater containing more than 25 milligrams per liter of petroleum oil, nonbiodegradable cutting oils, or products of mineral oil origin;
(B) Wastewater from industrial plants or commercial businesses containing floatable oils, fat, or grease, whether emulsified or not, in excess of 50 milligrams per liter or containing substances which may solidify or become viscous at temperatures from 32° to 150°F or 0° to 65°C;
(C) Any garbage that has not been properly shredded. Garbage grinders may be connected to sanitary sewers from homes, motels, institutions, restaurants, hospitals, catering establishments, or similar places where garbage originates from the preparation of food in kitchens for the purpose of consumption on the premises or when served by caterers. The installation and operation of any garbage grinder equipped with a three-fourths HP motor or greater shall be subject to review and approval;
(D) Any waters or wastes containing odor-producing substances exceeding limits which may be established by the Manager;
(E) Any radioactive wastes or isotopes of such half-life or concentration as may exceed limits established by the Manager in compliance with applicable state or federal regulations;
(F) Any water or wastes which, by interaction with other water or wastes in the public sewer system, release obnoxious gases, form suspended solids which interfere with the collection system, or create a condition deleterious to structures and treatment processes;
(G) Any waters or wastes containing cadmium, chromium, copper, cyanide, iron, lead, nickel, zinc, or similar objectionable or toxic substances to such a degree that they inhibit or damage the wastewater treatment processes, or tend to concentrate in the wastewater sludge to such a level that prevents the use of acceptable sludge disposal methods, or pass through the treatment process unremoved and at such concentration that causes a violation of effluent limitations or water quality standards which are or may be established by state and federal agencies having jurisdiction;
(H) Waters or wastes containing substances which are not amenable to treatment or reduction by the wastewater treatment processes employed, or are amenable to treatment only to such degree that the wastewater treatment plant effluent cannot meet the requirements of other agencies having jurisdiction over discharge to the receiving waters; and
(I) Any water or waste which has characteristics based on a 24-hour composite sample, or a shorter period composite sample if more representative, which exceed the following normal maximum domestic wastewater parameter concentrations:
