§ 52.057 DISTURBANCE TO PUBLIC SEWER WITHOUT WRITTEN PERMISSION PROHIBITED.
   No unauthorized person shall uncover, plug, or make any connections with or opening into, use, alter, or disturb any public sewer or appurtenance thereof without first obtaining a written permission from the Manager.
