§ 52.056 USERS TO NOTIFY CITY OF CHANGES IN DISCHARGES.
   Users shall notify the Municipal Utility Commission of any proposed new introduction of wastewater constituents or any proposed substantial change in the volume or character of the wastewater constituents being introduced into the POTW.
