(A) The City of Pineville, Kentucky, is hereby divided into sewer districts as follows:
(1) The voting precinct of 1-A shall be Sewer District Number One, including Pine Mountain State Park, Clear Creek Baptist Bible College, and Log Mountain.
(2) The voting precinct of 2-B shall be Sewer District Number Two.
(3) The voting precinct of 3-C shall be Sewer District Number Three.
(4) The voting precinct of 4-D shall be Sewer District Number Four.
(B) There shall be installed “T” connections at a distance of 50 feet apart so as to take care of the sewerage of the abutting property, and there shall also be installed a four-inch line extending from said eight-inch sewer line to the property line abutting property owner on each side of the said eight-inch sewer line.
(C) The eight-inch sewer line and the connections thereto shall be constructed at the expense of the abutting property owners; after the completion of the sewer line and connections thereto, the City Engineer shall apportion to each abutting property owner on Cypress Street and Hazel Avenue the exact cost of constructing the sewer line and connections thereto to the abutting property owners to same.
