(A) Any public utility supervisor violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $200, or imprisoned for not more than 30 days or both, each violation thereof being treated as a separate offense.
(B) Any public utility employee violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than $25, nor more than $100, or imprisoned for not more than 30 days or both, each violation thereof being treated as a separate offense.
