§ 50.01 CONSOLIDATION AND CENTRALIZATION OF COLLECTIONS FOR WATER SERVICE, SEWER SERVICE, AND GARBAGE COLLECTION SERVICE.
   The collection of sewer service charges, garbage collection charges, and water service charges shall be made from the building known as the Pineville Water Company offices situated on Park Avenue.
