(A) All city owned, operated, leased, maintained, or controlled building shall have clearly and conspicuously posted “No Smoking” signs or the international “No Smoking” symbol (consisting of pictorial representation of a burning cigarette enclosed in a red circle with a red bar across it) in every public place and place of employment where smoking is prohibited by this subchapter.
(B) Signs shall be clearly and conspicuously posted at every entrance to all city owned, operated, leased, maintained, or controlled buildings stating that smoking is prohibited therein.
(C) All ashtrays shall be removed from any area where smoking is prohibited by this subchapter.
