The city, as mandated by Senate Bill 248, KRS Chapter 344.015, does hereby adopt the attached Title VI Implementation Plan by reference that will apply to all city projects and/or programs that receive federal funding either directly or indirectly. A copy of this Plan is found in the Clerk’s office.
