(A) No person shall carry a concealed deadly weapon into the buildings of the city.
(B) BUILDINGS as used herein, means the City Hall Buildings, Police Department, Street Department Maintenance Garage, and Fire Department.
(C) Persons violating this section may be denied entrance to the premises, ordered to leave the premises, and if employees of the city violate this section, shall be subject to employee disciplinary measures for violation of this section.
(D) The areas in which the carrying of concealed deadly weapons is prohibited shall be clearly identified by signs posted at the entrance to the restricted area.
(E) This section shall not apply to any building used for public housing by private persons, highway rest areas, firing ranges, private dwellings owned, leased, or controlled by the city, or to any building or property not specifically identified as “buildings” herein.
