§ 39.38 IMPLEMENTATION OF PLAN.
   It is understood that implementation of this affirmative action plan is an ongoing process which will make the plan a living, effective document.
   (A)   Responsibility. The Chief Executive Officer shall designate an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Coordinator who shall be responsible for implementation of this affirmative action plan and shall have authority to require department heads to furnish such information as is necessary to keep current forms and reports.
   (B)   Duties. The EEO Coordinator shall disseminate the city’s equal employment opportunity policy as set forth in the plan; maintain current job classifications and minimum requirements based on the tasks to be performed by each position, an updated workforce analysis (Schedules B and C as are adopted by reference), and applicant flow chart and job roster; (AAP-3, AAP-4 as are adopted by reference) and receive EEO progress reports (AAP-5 as are adopted by reference) from each department and prepare a consolidated report for the entire city government.
   (C)   Reports. The EEO Coordinator shall monitor the operation of this plan and shall prepare a consolidated progress report (AAP-5 as is adopted by reference) for the Chief Executive Officer quarterly together with indications of problem area and recommendations for solutions. The Chief Executive Officer shall prepare an annual written report for the City Council.
