§ 39.02 DISPOSITION AND OFFICIAL USE OF CITY VEHICLES.

All city vehicles, when not in official use, shall be parked in the municipal parking lot. No city vehicle shall be used for any purpose other than official city business. Suspected violations of any provision of this section will be reason enough to cause an investigation of the activity by City Council as permitted in KRS 83A.130(13).
