§ 37.13 USE OF FIRE TRUCK OUTSIDE CITY.
   The fire truck of the city shall not be used to extinguish fires outside of the city limits except where such fire endangers buildings within the city, and with the further exception that, under a plan approved by the State Fire Marshal, the fire truck may be taken to assist in extinguishing a fire in a neighboring municipality, provided a third neighboring municipality sends a fire truck to the city for fire protection therein while this city’s fire truck is so engaged in the other municipality.
