§ 37.11 UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL WHILE ON DUTY.
   (A)   Members of the Fire Department shall be sober while on duty.
   (B)   Being under the influence of one alcoholic drink, large or small, during prescribed hours of duty, shall be sufficient cause for dismissal from the Fire Department, suspension from duty without pay, or other disciplinary action by the Mayor and City Council.
