§ 37.09 ABSENCES FROM DUTY.

All employees, including the Fire Chief, Assistant Fire Chiefs, or any member of the Fire Department shall be subject to have their salaries deducted from when the employee absents himself or herself from work for a day or more for personal reasons, or for absences of a day or more occasioned by sickness or disability.
