§ 37.08 WORK WEEK.
   Neither the Fire Chief, Assistant Fire Chiefs, or any member of the Fire Department shall work in excess of eight hours during any work day nor more than 40 hours during any work week unless so ordered and directed by the Mayor and/or City Council.
