§ 36.47 SUPERVISION BY CHIEF OF POLICE; COMPLIANCE WITH ORDERS.

The Chief of Police shall supervise and direct the members of the auxiliary police force at all times, and all members of the Police Department or force shall, while on active duty, conform to and comply with the orders and directions of the Police Chief or an authorized officer of the Police Department.
