§ 36.28 PROMULGATION OF ADDITIONAL REGULATIONS.
   The Mayor is hereby authorized to supplement these regulations by promulgating such additional rules and regulations as shall be reasonably necessary or advisable for the proper functioning of the Police Department and facilities, and he or she shall prescribe the regular duty hours of each police officer.
