§ 36.08 ABSENCES FROM DUTY.

All employees, including the Chief of Police, Assistant Chief, any police officer, or any member of the Police Department shall be subject to have their salaries deducted from when the employee absents himself or herself from work for a day or more for personal reasons, or for absences of a day or more occasioned by sickness or disability.
