§ 36.07 WORK WEEK.
   Neither the Chief of Police, Assistant Chief, any police officer, or any member of the Police Department shall work in excess of eight hours during any work day nor more than 40 hours during any work week unless so ordered and directed by the Mayor and/or City Council.
