§ 36.04 COMPENSATION.
   (A)   (1)   The compensation prescribed for the Chief of Police and said members of the Police Department shall be compensation in full for all services, including the service of legal notices, summons, warrants, and other papers placed in their hands by any official of the city or by the city’s Board of Tax Supervisors in matters pertaining to or affecting the interests of the city, and for the performance of such other duties heretofore or hereafter prescribed by statute, ordinance, or order of the Mayor or City Council.
      (2)   No police officer shall receive any fee prescribed by law for an arrest or other service in criminal matters, but all such fees, when collected, shall be paid into the city treasury.
   (B)   The salary of the Assistant Chief is hereby fixed at the rate as per the classification plan for all hours worked, and the salary of each police officer is hereby fixed at the rate as per the classification plan for all hours worked.
