§ 36.01 OFFICERS; TERM.

The Police Department of the city shall consist of seven police officers (patrol officers). One of the seven police officers shall be designated as the Assistant Chief. The term of each police officer shall commence January 7, 1980, and end on January 4, 1982, and shall so continue every two years thereafter.
