§ 152.265 DISPOSAL OF LIQUID WASTES.

(A) No use in any district may discharge any waste contrary to the provisions of state laws governing discharges of radiological, chemical, or biological wastes into surface or subsurface waters.

(B) No use in any district may discharge into the sewage treatment facilities any waste that cannot be adequately treated by biological means.
