§ 4.5. TOWN TREASURER.
   The Board of Commissioners shall appoint a Town Treasurer, or Finance Officer, to perform the duties of the finance officer as required by the Local Government Budget and Fiscal Control Act, and to perform such other duties as may be required by the Board.
