At the regular municipal election in 2017, the Mayor and the two (2) Commissioners receiving the highest number of votes cast shall be elected to four (4) year terms expiring in 2021. The three (3) Commissioners receiving the next highest number or votes cast in the 2017 regular municipal election shall be elected to two (2) year terms, expiring in 2019, at which time the seats held by said Commissioners shall be subject to four (4) year terms at the regular municipal election 2019. Thereafter, all terms of office for Commissioners and the Mayor shall be four (4) years.
