The Board of Commissioners shall be composed of five (5) members, each of whom shall be elected for terms of four (4) years in the manner provided by Article III of this Charter; provided, they shall serve until their successors are elected and qualified.
Editor’s note:
The Charter was amended to provide for two (2) year terms instead of four (4) year terms by “An Ordinance Amending the Charter of the Town of Pinebluff Implementing a Two Year Term for the Members of the Town of Pinebluff Board of Commissioners” adopted on March 19, 1987 and subsequently agreed to by the State Legislature.
