The Town of Pinebluff shall have and may exercise all of the powers, duties, rights, privileges and immunities, which are now, or hereafter may be, conferred either expressly or by implication, upon the Town of Pinebluff specifically, or upon municipal corporations generally, by this Charter, by the State Constitution, or by general or local laws.
